Florida-specific calculators with county property taxes, insurance, and every loan program's rules, built by a team that includes a licensed mortgage loan originator.
Turn an estimate into a pre-approval.
A calculator shows what's possible. A pre-approval shows sellers you're ready, and tells you your real rate and payment. Our loan officer works hand in hand with your agent.
What's included in a Florida mortgage payment?
Principal and interest, mortgage insurance when required, property tax, homeowner's insurance, flood insurance if needed, and HOA or condo dues. In Florida, insurance and taxes can be a large share of the payment.
What closing costs do Florida buyers pay?
Typically lender fees, appraisal, Florida documentary stamps on the mortgage (0.35% of the loan), intangible tax (0.2% of the loan), title insurance and settlement fees, recording fees, and prepaid interest, insurance and tax escrow. In Miami-Dade and Broward, the buyer customarily pays the owner's title policy.
Are these your interest rates?
No. The default rate is the Freddie Mac weekly national average. Your actual rate depends on your credit, loan type, down payment and the property. Our loan officer can give you a personalized quote.
